Here is specific information on [name of the host]’s policy (need update on host name) with respect to mass email mailings and other mass unsolicited communications – these are all commonly known as SPAM.
The internet community prefers to avoid unsolicited emails from any source. These unwanted "junk emails" are commonly referred to as "SPAM."
As a reminder, our policy prohibits customers from sending unsolicited commercial emails, bulk unsolicited mailings, flooding newsgroups with excessive posts, or any other activities that could be considered SPAM. We kindly request that you refrain from such practices to respect the preferences of the online community. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out."
- No spam may originate from AIRPA IP space.
- No spam may advertise sites or services located on AIRPA IP space (even if the spam originates elsewhere), or IP space which receives IP transit over the AIRPA IP network.
- No customer shall participate in pyramid schemes or email chain letters.
- Maintain proper security on your server to prevent others from using your servers as relays.
- To provide you with customized advertising.
- All customers must maintain abuse@yourdomain.com / postmaster@yourdomain.com.
If you're experiencing unwanted SPAM, you can configure filters on your email or news reader to help reduce the amount of SPAM received. Our engineering and network operations teams have made efforts to minimize the volume of SPAM reaching our email and news systems. However, there is no technical solution to completely eliminate SPAM, and the laws surrounding junk email are still evolving. The recommended approach is to simply delete the SPAM emails or offending messages without engaging further. Retaliating against spammers in a destructive manner will only exacerbate the situation, and such retaliation may be illegal as it can cause harm to AIRPA networks, as well as other networks or systems."
AIRPA’s Specific Policy
- AIRPA prohibits the use of its network resources and mail servers for unsolicited mass-emailing or spamming to individuals or groups who have not expressed willingness to receive such emails.

- AIRPA does not allow customers to use other providers' mail servers for relaying any type of email without the express consent of those providers.
- All accounts and customer web pages cannot be used for mass emailing of any kind through AIRPA's mail servers. If AIRPA finds a violation of the above policies involving its mail servers, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the customer's account without prior notice or warning.
GENERAL POLICIES
Censorship
At AIRPA, we uphold the principle of free and uncensored information exchange, both from and to our systems. However, we make an exception when the information transmitted is illegal or evidently used for fraudulent purposes.
User Transmitted Content
You are solely accountable for the information you publish online, whether through email, internet forums, personal websites, or other services. Your online activities must respect intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and rights of publicity or privacy owned by third parties. Additionally, you must ensure that your actions do not violate any applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, or regulations. You are prohibited from transmitting defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing content. The information you share should not be obscene or illegal according to any federal, state, or local laws. Furthermore, you must refrain from intentionally transmitting viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other malicious computer programming routines designed to cause damage, disruptive interference, unauthorized interception, or expropriation of systems, data, or personal information.
Account Usage
Your account is solely for your personal and individual use; multiple concurrent logins using the same account credentials are not permitted. Allowing others to access your account is prohibited, and you will be held responsible for any charges incurred by individuals you have granted access to your account. Therefore, it is crucial to safeguard your account and password with the same level of caution you would exercise for other personal resources, such as your telephone number or credit card information.
Resource Usage
No communication system has unlimited resources, and we expect our customers to act responsibly when utilizing resources on our system. This Resource Usage policy applies to all resources used by our customers, including the size of your email inbox. Excessive concurrent processes or processes that continue running after you have logged off are prohibited. If you consume an excessive amount of resources on our system, we reserve the right to suspend your access at any time without prior notice.
Email Storage
It is the responsibility of the Customer to permanently store, save or retain any email messages that are desirable to save and keep. The size of your incoming email temporary storage is very liberal but not unlimited in size. Most Customers will never exceed the limits under normal use. However, excessively large temporary email boxes create a Resource Usage problem and violate our AUP. To avoid this, Customers may not use AIRPA’s email servers for permanent or long-term storage. Customer Support at AIRPA will assist you in configuring your email client NOT to store messages on servers; instead to store those message locally on your computer. If you begin to have an email box that is too large, you will have problems in downloading that mail.

At AIRPA, we actively monitor all our systems to detect and prevent any unauthorized attempts to access restricted resources or systems that are not intended for customer use. Such attempts, commonly known as "hacking," are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account.
